	Different herbs you can try:
	- 
		Thyme

		 Mint

		 Sage

		 Basil

       Growing Tips
	You'll need:
	- 
		Four or five different herbs from your local plant centre
 
	- 
		Large plant pot
 
	- 
		Crocks (broken pieces of pot) or large stones
 
	- 
		Compost
 
	- 
		Gardening gloves
 
	- 
		Horticultural grit
 
	- 
		A trowel
 
	Growing tips
	- 
		Place the crocks in the bottom of the plant pot.
 
	- 
		Fill the pot about two-thirds full of compost.
 
	- 
		Take the herbs out of their pots and arrange them in the big plant pot.
 
	- 
		Carefully plant the herbs in their places, fill in the gaps with compost, and firm in.
 
	- 
		Water them, cover the surface with grit, and put the pot in a sunny spot on a windowsill.
 
	Handy hint:
	Make an especially colourful pot, buy a plain, terracotta pot and paint it with colourful acrylic paint to decorate it.
