Sure they might move a little slower but they can also add a lot of insight as well. As much as I might not be a fan of McDonalds they hire a lot of seniors and this is a service that helps everyone. We give them a job - they support our aging demographic and they can send money home to help their family. Win/win as Stephen Covey would say!!
