Breakfast

Enjoy a delectable breakfast served with Artisan pastries and cafetiere coffee or tea, with a glass of Pommery champagne or mocktail.

Selection of mini breakfast pastries (V, VE option available)
Summer berry, banana and chia seed smoothie (VE)

Plated breakfast
Fried eggs and bacon, hash browns and smoked Lincolnshire poacher
Poached eggs, wild garlic yoghurt, potato and rosemary sourdough with or without chorizo or hot smoked trout (V available)
Portobello mushroom and onion waffle eggs benedict (V)
Avocado and blood orange on rye with herb ricotta (VE)
Served with a glass of Pommery Champagne. 

Lunch

A three-course lunch highlighting the best of the British Summer with the highest level of service. Lunch can be booked with or without wine. The lunch with wine option includes half a bottle of wine and water per person. Lunch without wine does not include any beverages, a drinks menu is available on the day for purchases.

Stracciatella, black garlic and salt-cured olive puree, fermented basil pesto, dressed spring vegetable and herb salad (V)

Buckwheat and maple glazed Fosse Meadows chicken, cultured butter confit potato, torched asparagus, sweetcorn and bacon
Fillet of Cornish hake, warm mussel tartare sauce, crushed broad bean and lemon potatoes, wild garlic oil
Jersey royal and spring pea cannelloni, chamomile crumb, new season Hampshire asparagus, smoked courgette puree and crispy onions (VE)
