When will tickets go on sale?
RHS Chelsea Flower Show and RHS Malvern Spring Festival tickets go on sale to RHS Members on 8 September 2025 at 12 noon, and 15 September 2025 at 12 noon to the general public. For access to exclusive member days and prices as well as a host of other benefits, join the RHS today.

Tickets for RHS Badminton Flower Show and RHS Sandringham Flower Show will go on sale later in the autumn.
Does RHS Membership guarantee me tickets?

All ticket types are subject to availability and membership does not guarantee you a ticket. RHS Members get access to member-only days and priority booking for the shows, but tickets are limited. Book early to avoid disappointment. Become an RHS member today.

Can I bring non-members to a Members’ day?

RHS Members are able to buy four tickets at a member rate. This means you can bring up to three non-members as guests.

Do I need to be an RHS Member to buy tickets?

You will need to be an RHS Member to buy member day and member rate tickets. Additionally, you will need to be a member at the time of the show to ensure your tickets are valid in accordance with the Event Terms and Conditions.

You do not need to be an RHS Member to buy public-rate tickets.

How do I buy a ticket?

Tickets can be purchased via our official ticketing partner .

What options are there when booking for people with access requirements?

We are committed to making all our shows as accessible as possible. For access bookings, please call AXS on 0344 338 8222. One companion is admitted free of charge per visitor who requires assistance. Please note that discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

For our visitors with additional access requirements, at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, we offer early access at 7.30am, before the show opens on Wednesday and Friday.

We offer a hire service for manual wheelchairs and mobility scooters for use at the show, these must be booked in advance, please note availability is limited. Advance booking closes the week before the show starts or once the allocation is sold out. We manage a waiting list on the day at the show so please enquire on arrival if you have been unable to book in advance.

How will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be delivered via the AXS Mobile ID app. Alternatively, you can also select the e-ticket option at the checkout to be emailed a PDF ticket instead. Unfortunately, Mobile ID tickets can’t be added to your phone wallet.

AXS Mobile ID is the recommended delivery method for RHS Show tickets.

What is the benefit of using AXS Mobile ID?
AXS Mobile ID aims to combat unfair secondary ticketing practices. Mobile ID tickets come equipped with a dynamically changing barcode system, which ensures that the tickets cannot be copied or shared illegally on any other websites.
Can I buy tickets using an RHS Gift Card?

Yes! To purchase tickets using an , please call AXS on 0333 300 3015. Phone lines are open Monday–Friday, 9am–5.30pm.

When will I receive my show tickets?

Tickets will be sent at least two weeks before the show. You will receive an email notification when they are available. If you have not received your tickets within three days of the show, please contact .

Are tickets sold on other websites valid?
Our official ticketing partner is AXS. Only tickets purchased via or the platform are valid for entry.

Why is the date or time showing as ‘sold out’?

Due to high demand tickets can sell out before the show. Our afternoon sessions are particularly popular and can sell out quickly. For the best availability, we recommend booking as early as possible.

We regret we are unable to operate a waiting list for tickets, but we do allow tickets to be exchanged and resold closer to the show, so please check back periodically as tickets may become available.

Do I need a ticket for my child?

Yes. Children aged five years+ require a ticket and these can be booked on our website.

Under 16s can attend RHS Badminton Flower Show and RHS Sandringham Flower Show for free. Student tickets are available for those with a valid student ID.

Children aged five years and over are allowed into the RHS Chelsea Flower Show with a valid full price ticket, and an accompanying adult. Prams, pushchairs and buggies are not permitted in the showground. There will be a dedicated storage area at London Gate. Babies under one years old are allowed but discouraged due to the unsuitability of the environment.

Can I bring my dog to the show?

RHS Malvern Spring Festival allows dogs with a ticket on Sunday, please see their for more details. Dogs are not allowed at RHS Chelsea Flower Show, with the exception of assistance dogs.

One well behaved dog per booking is permitted at RHS Badminton Flower Show and RHS Sandringham Flower Show. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and are not permitted in the indoor food areas, with the exception of assistance dogs.

Please fully consider the welfare of your pet, and whether the show environment is suitable, before deciding to bring them.

Where can I park?

Details about parking can be found on each individual show’s Plan Your Visit page. Accessible parking is available at all our shows. Please see show-specific accessibility pages for more details.

For RHS Chelsea Flower Show, parking is limited and must be booked in advance.

What happens when I arrive at the show?

Have your AXS Mobile ID barcode displayed via the AXS app when you approach the RHS Show entrance. Or alternatively, have your e-ticket printed or displayed on your phone.

Please do the following: 

  • Ensure you have the latest version of the app installed

  • Have the UK region applied

  • Have your phones date and time settings set to automatic

  • Make sure your screen is set to maximum brightness

Please do not take a screen shot of your mobile ID ticket. For security, the bar code changes every 59 seconds. Show your ticket at the entrance where it will be scanned through a hand-held device, and you will be admitted to the RHS Show.

Do I need Wi-Fi to access my ticket?
Wi-Fi is available at all entrances, but your Mobile ID ticket will work without Wi-Fi or mobile signal in place as long as you’ve downloaded your ticket before arriving.
Is there an onsite box office?
Yes. If you have any issues with accessing your tickets or would like to purchase additional tickets, please go to the onsite ticket office and the team will be happy to help.
How do I transfer a ticket to someone?

Tickets can be transferred simply and quickly through the AXS app right up to the show (although we recommend doing this before you arrive).

E-tickets can be forwarded to guests via email.

Following the instructions in the app, your other party members will be able to enter the show using their own AXS Mobile ID ticket. Make sure your friends have downloaded the AXS app so they can receive the ticket.

AXS Mobile ID tickets include an anti-tout mechanism that ensures the tickets cannot be copied, as part of this, the bar code changes within the AXS app every 59 seconds, so please do not screenshot your Mobile ID tickets.

Can I cancel a ticket transfer?
If the other members of your party already have an AXS account, transfers cannot be cancelled. However, if your guests do not have an AXS account, you can cancel a transfer.
How many times can a ticket be transferred?
There is no limit on how many times a ticket can be transferred.
I can no longer use my ticket, what can I do?

We operate a strict no refund policy, but permit exchanges to another day of the same show, or another show in our 2026 main show season (excluding shows held in RHS Gardens or at Malvern). To exchange a ticket in advance please contact AXS.

Ticket insurance is available to purchase at the same time as your tickets. This will be offered at the checkout when you enter your payment information. The cost of ticket insurance will be 10% of your total booking cost (including fees). Please note ticket insurance does not cover catering reservations.

How can I purchase a resale ticket?
To see if tickets are available for a sold-out RHS Show, go to the show of your choice on . There you’ll find all ticket options available.
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

Our sit-down restaurants cater to dietary requirements. You can pre-book these options at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Many of our mobile catering units also cater for different dietary requirements.

Please check the Plan Your Visit pages for each show. Information will be updated on these pages as it becomes available.

You are also welcome to bring your own food to our outdoor shows.

When will my pre-ordered show guide arrive?
Show Guides are posted approximately two weeks before the show (UK only) via Royal Mail First Class. Guides will also be available to buy at the show.
Is there somewhere to leave my purchased plants or products at the show?
There is a complimentary cloakroom facility at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show where shopping can be left.

We provide a complimentary shop and drop facility at RHS Badminton Flower Show and RHS Sandringham Flower Show where visitors can leave shopping.

Any items are left at the owner’s own risk, and we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged.
What happens to lost property?

Items are kept for one month before being donated to local charities. Due to limitations of space, unclaimed plants can only be kept for one day. If you have lost an item at an RHS Show, please contact RHS Shows customer care by e-mail ([email protected]) with a full description.
